Welcome to
Kori Rae Wellness!
Hey Sister, welcome! You are taking so many steps towards a healthier, more vibrant YOU, and I am so proud of you! By attending the Whole SHEbang Expo, you are showing the world your dedication to improving your well-being.
Attached to the card where you found this QR Code, you'll notice a bag of seeds. These are Cosmos seeds, and they represent the potential for a more Vibrant, Energetic You. And just like these seeds, it takes some important ingredients to make your health grow. The amazing thing is: You get to be the Gardener for both these remarkable flowers AND your health!
Below, you'll find the next steps for you to take to grow your flowers and the next healthy, vibrant version of You!

Much Love,
💋Kori Rae
Step 1: Gather Your Tools
To plant your seeds, you'll need:
-
An 18" pot or larger OR garden space in full sun
-
Planting soil
-
Your Cosmos seeds
-
An open heart

Step 4: Tend to Your Garden
Water your flowers regularly, spending a few minutes with them every day. Pair your Healthy Habit with your watering ritual, remembering to pour the same love and attention into yourself as you do the flowers.
Step 2: Set Your Intention
Next, choose which Healthy Habit you'd like to grow in your life. This will be your Intention that you set while you plant your flowers. If you need some ideas for a new Healthy Habit, you can download my free Healthful Habits Cheat Sheet.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Flowers!
With regular water, sun, and care, you'll see your cosmos bloom in about 45-60 days! When you see your blooms, reflect back on the last few weeks of doing your Healthy Habit. How do you feel? Capture your thoughts in your journal!
Step 3: Plant Your Seeds
Plant the seeds to 1/4 inch depth and cover with light soil while setting your Healthy Habit Intention. You should see sprouts in 5-14 days. Likewise, "plant" your Healthy Habit in your daily life by creating space in your calendar for it.
