Service Description

This is my unique blend of oracle card reading and intuition and science-led coaching to help support your Whole Self throughout your Menstrual Cycle. Using the Sacred Cycles Oracle deck to tap into your sacred rhythms, I will provide an energetic roadmap for you to use during your upcoming cycle. Using the Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal, and Menstrual phases as guideposts, I give you tools to support your health, creativity, mindset, and spiritual connection to your sacred rhythms. This 30-minute card reading can be done via Zoom or recorded for you to watch on your on time. If we do a live session, it will be recorded for you to access again. I also include a written summary of the reading along with journal prompts and exercises for each phase of your cycle.
